Generally T/T 30% prepayment, 70% balance before shipping. We’ll show you photos of products and packages before you pay the balance. (About the specific terms of payment, we can talk about and finally we confirm a way that both sides agree.)

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in our stock. We can offer the free sample, but the customer need to pay the courier cost.

Generally it will take 30-60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Our logistic department will calculate the volume and weight of the goods, and then we give you the suggestion which size you can book.

First we have a quality control system to ensure the good quality. But if it happened, we will confirm the reason of the quality problem, if it’s our responsibility, we will give corresponding compensation.
